18Hire is being tested as a recruitment introduction service. Candidate information is self-reported unless explicitly marked otherwise. Employers must perform their own assessment and verification.

Human decisions

Search and matching information supports recruiter review. It does not make hiring decisions, guarantee suitability or replace professional judgement.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, misleading or sensitive personal information. Employers may use disclosed candidate details only for the specific recruitment conversation authorised by the candidate and must respect withdrawal.

Availability and recovery

The pilot may change or be unavailable. Backup, recovery and support commitments are not yet defined. Do not rely on the pilot as the sole copy of a resume, profile or hiring record.

Operator and governing terms

The legal operator, address, governing law, liability terms and contact channels have not yet been confirmed. These details and professional legal review are required before public launch.
