Who operates 18Hire?

The legal operator has not yet been confirmed for this pilot. The operator's legal name, business address, registration details and privacy contact must be supplied and professionally reviewed before public candidate registration opens.

What this pilot does

You can create and edit one candidate profile and attach one PDF or DOCX resume. Your profile is linked to your verified email account. The application uses your account identifier to keep it separate from other users.

Who can see your information?

Your profile starts private. If you opt in, approved employers can discover a limited professional summary. Your name, current company, contact details, full project details and resume remain hidden until you accept a specific introduction request. Hiding your profile or revoking access removes future access, but cannot recall information an employer already downloaded.

What is collected?

Your account email, name, professional role, current or most recent company, city/country, specialism, availability and any experience, skills, education, certifications, projects or resume you provide. Project fields may include role, responsibilities, location, dates, total value, budget personally managed, direct reports and wider team size.

Do not upload passports, identity numbers, bank details, health information, a full home address or another person's private information.

AI-assisted drafting

Saving a profile does not send it to OpenAI. When AI extraction is enabled and you separately consent, the selected resume is sent to OpenAI to create an editable draft. Missing or ambiguous facts remain blank or are flagged for review. The draft is not saved and sharing is not enabled until you review and submit it. OpenAI response storage is disabled for these requests; this does not promise zero provider retention. No automated hiring decision is made.

Employer access

Employers provide company details and await operator approval. Approval is a human decision, not a guarantee that an employer is verified. Only approved employers can search opted-in summaries and request introductions.

Your controls

You can edit, export or delete your profile; replace, download or remove the resume; control discovery; and accept, decline or revoke employer requests. Deleting the profile removes its active record, listing, requests and attached resume from application storage. It does not delete the separate authentication account.

Retention and infrastructure

Self-service deletion is available. A fixed retention period, scheduled dormant-account cleanup, backup deletion timing, processor list, international transfer safeguards and recovery commitments still need confirmation. Public candidate collection remains blocked until these are documented.

Before public registration opens

The operator's full legal identity, privacy contact, lawful bases, retention periods, service providers, complaint routes and data-rights process need professional review. Email delivery and production redirect URLs must also be verified. This pilot notice is not a claim of certification or complete legal compliance.
